Engineering Leader Focused on Transportation, Infrastructure, Asset Management, and Sustainability

I lead a talented team of transportation engineering professionals that are helping our customers solve difficult problems in transportation infrastructure. I have a diverse project portfolio with projects in pavement engineering, management, evaluation, materials and design, as well as transportation research, technology transfer, forensics, sustainability, operations, and software solutions. My work spans local roads and streets, rural roads, highways, tollways, airports, ports, and intermodal yards. I have delivered projects under traditional design-bid-build, design-build (DB), design-build-finance-operate-maintain (DBFOM), and public private partnership (P3).

For my customers I have managed programs that deploy innovations to States and local agencies. I have also managed teams that have contributed to the development and delivery of capital programs that exceed $20 billion.

Beyond my technical work, I have managed all aspects of an engineering business including marketing, administration, personnel, health and safety, contract, financials and projects. I'm responsible for risk management, quality, legal, technical, financial and contractual obligations.
