Please design a T-beam section size such that hf ≥ 125 mm, bw ≥ 200 mm, be ≥ 500 mm, d ≥ 300 mm, the concrete f'c strength is 25 MPa; the calculated concrete shear strength Vc that can be provided is 250 ≤ Vc < 300 kN.

I’ve looked at videos online but none of them shows how to design a T-beam without b and h. So hopefully someone here can help me out. Thanks in advance. I’ve also attached below my progress so far, but I don’t think I’m doing it right since some of my calculations don’t make sense (indicated by the question marks).
