  • $\begingroup$ What have you looked for? Building regulations in most countries specify the calculations to use along with safety factors. You also need to supply details of the beam, a 4*4 in pine or steel rsg with a 20” depth @ 10” width? $\endgroup$

  • $\begingroup$ Hi Mike, Frankly no safety factors seen, to construct pillar 4*4 feet deep and four 16mm and two 12 mm steel rods are used $\endgroup$ Nov 13, 2018 at 5:36
