To better explain, I sketched coordinate axes. DistanceThe distance between plates must be at least 10cm10 cm. Plate P1P1 is fixed, ie. it doesn't move, but P2P2 rotates about the y axes-axis. Angle alpha can go from 0 degreedegrees (when theythe plates are parallel) to at least 90 degrees.
How can I realize itthis design in practice? Which mechanical elements should I use? It must be strong, there will be load of max. 30kg30 kg hanging on plate P2P2. There must be some mechanism that will connect these two plates and enable P2 rotates,P2 to rotate but also when one setsets a desired angle between plates, itthe mechanism must prevent P2 to fall downhold the angle constant.
